esprit Update — Majordomo bugfixes

A new esprit update has been pushed to the server at this time focusing on Majordomo bugfixes.

• Fixed: Invalid list name when Majordomo list contains hyphen
• Fixed: Majordomo approval alias missing resend address causing closed+confirm status to fail
• Fixed: Add setgid bit to lists/ directory for Majordomo to ensure modified lists through Majordomo are editable within the control panel by the owner
